Brandee Smith is licensed by the state of Texas to practice as both a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Currently partnering with clients in a thriving private practice, she supports them as they heal, remove personal barriers, and overcome challenges.
Before opening her private practice, Ms. Smith worked as a therapist in acute psychiatric care, outpatient, and private practice settings in the Austin, Texas, area. Promoting mental health awareness and personal growth through education perfectly complement her fulfilling career as a psychotherapist. Ms. Smith partners with learners to educate them on ways to cultivate a life filled with intention and purpose.
Ms. Smith holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University, Central Texas; a Master of Arts in Human Services from St. Edward’s University; and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Psychology from St. Edward’s University. In addition, she has received advanced, specialized training in support of her work with clients coping with trauma.
Ms. Smith enjoys raising her two very active daughters and a good book on a rainy day.
